A regional energy transmission organization was working minute by minute with information that was not optimally displayed. When our design team observed dispatchers at work, they saw that they were continuously consulting more than a dozen sources of tabular data in order to form a mental picture of emerging trends.

LiquidHub created a new dashboard that fuses and translates data into trend lines, graphs, and other dynamic visual information, summarizing and supplementing the spreadsheet data to allow dispatchers to spot anomalies more quickly and manage by exception.

Our solution gave the users ability to better manage response time, and provide visual information that helped with quick decision making in times of emergencies.
