A leading insurance company required an enhanced approach for their Commercial and Personal Lines business units. They wanted to establish a baseline platform of core CRM features, while being able to support potential future needs or integrations. The client was also looking to enable seamless collaboration across Commercial and Personal lines to drive cross-selling. 

Our solution aimed to provide the Commercial Line sales organization with improved management of current and prospective organizations, key contacts, and account history by standardizing the pipeline process and using Salesforce opportunities. The focus was on creating a simple one-way integration from the client’s customer database to Salesforce, giving organization-wide visibility into all clients implementing future two-way integration. 

LiquidHub implemented Salesforce for both lines of business providing the client with a consolidated view of their prospects, the sales pipeline, and current customer base. We also delivered standardization, enforcement, and the ability to quickly improve account management and pipeline processes. LiquidHub provided a foundation for expansion for a two-way integration and Salesforce roll out to additional client teams.
